  • How do I obtain academic recognition ?
    Wherever you are, to confirm the equivalence of your degrees/diplomas between France and your country, you can apply for academic recognition through ENIC NARIC.   • Can I apply for a work-and-study programme?
    Foreign students can apply for the engineer programme under a "work-and-study" modality ("apprentissage" or "alternance"). This modality is only available from year 3. The Master "Vintage" can be studied under this modality from year 2. For the other programmes (Bachelor, BTS, Vocational Bachelor), by law, you must have been on the French territory for at least a year to be allowed to do it.Some readers
  • Can I apply without an English test if I have one scheduled after the application deadline?

  • Are Medium of Instruction certificates accepted?
    Yes, if you studied in English for several years in an English-speaking country (where English is official).   • Can I pay in various instalments?

  • Which language tests should I take ?
    Language requirements vary from course to course. To obtain the language prerequisites, please check the relevant webpage. As a general requisite, non-native students must hold a B1-level French test as a minimum. To apply in 4th year of the Agricultural Engineering programme, a B1 in English is mandatory as well.   • Do I need a French test to apply ?

  • How do I apply to the Programme Ingénieur if I live in Africa?
    If you wish to apply for the 1st year -please apply on ESACCESS. If you wish to apply for the 3rd year, the only way is to apply through the Concours EG@.   • Is the stamp of my university mandatory on the documents?
    The stamp / logo of your university is mandatory on the transcripts the degree certficate the recommandation letters This is a way for us to aknowledge the authenticity of all the documents we receive.Few readers
  • Until when can I apply?
    For the "student" programmes, the applications are open until June if you don't need a visa. For students who need to follow a visa process, the applications are open until May. Adults, distance programmes: the calendar does not follow the classic schoolyear, please consult the team.Few readers
  • As an international student, can I apply for an "apprenticeship" programme?
    The "apprenticeship" or "alternance" is a unique modality, consisting on studying part-time and working the rest of the time according to a contract signed between the University and the company. International students are not allowed to apply for this modality the first year in France, respecting the French legislation. The only exception is for students entering Master programmes. If you already have lived in France for at least a year, you can apply as any other student.Few readers
  • What are the minimum English scores required to apply?
    For Masters degrees and the Master's cycle of the Engineering Programme: ▶▶ B2 For 2nd year of the Bachelor: 550 TOEIC or equivalent For 3rd year of the Bachelor: 600 TOEIC Additionnally, non-French speakers applying to a programme taught in French must provide a B2 in French (DELF, DALF or TCF).Few readers
  • What are the user categories in ESACCESS ?
    When creating your profile, you can choose among : high school student university student employee / worker You can select "high school student" if you are still in the high school and still did not get the diploma. You can select "university student" if you are currently studying at a university, whatever the degree you are studying. Plese also choose this option if you are not in a university but still studying for a degree in a private institution. You can also choose this category ifFew readers
  • In which language can I submit my documents?
    You can submit a document in French or in English (including your cover letter). If the original is written in any other language, please submit a certified translation in one of these two languages. The translations redacted by yourself are not accepted.Few readers
  • How much programmes can I apply for?
    You can open file per study level: undergraduate, postgraduate or adult learning. In each file, you can open up to wishes (= apply to 3 programmes). *Ex: you are graduating from a High School diploma and you wish to apply for an Undergraduate programme. You can open only 1 "undergraduate" application file. In this file, you can add up to 3 wishes, among the "Bachelor in Agroecology and food systems", the "Agricultural Engineering Programme", the 6 licFew readers
  • Is there an age limit to apply?
    No. Only the "apprenticeship" status is, by law, limited: the applicants must be under 30 the day they start the programme.Few readers
  • I can't find a programme on ESACCESS, why?
    Maybe because you chose a category when creating your profile that restricts the option to the programmes you are eligible for. Ex: if you chose "I am a High School student" when you created your profile, you won't see the Masters because you can't apply for them. Do you want to modify your profile? ➡ go to your profile clicking on your name (upside left your screen) ➡ change your "user category"Few readers
  • Am I an international student ?
    If you don't have the French nationality, you are an international student ! 👩🏽‍🎓Few readers
  • I don't have a mandatory document, how can I submit my application ?
    You can upload a document instead, explaining why you don't have this document, and why you can't get it. The admissions team can still decide that the lack of this document is not accepted and reject your application.Few readers
  • Who must provide a language test?
    All the students who are not native of a country where French / English is not official (depending on the language the programme is taught in) must provide a test. Ex: you are from Bénin : you don't need to provide a French test to study in a programme in French. You need to to give us an English test if you wish to apply for an English-taught programme. If you are from a country where there are two nationalities, you don't need a test only if you studied in the concerned language. *Ex: you aFew readers
  • Why can't I submit my application?
    It probably is not complete. please check that you uploaded all the required documents please check that no mandatory field is blank If there is a technical issue even after you double-checked everything, please contact the support.Few readers
  • Can I apply if I still did not graduate?
    Yes. You will need to give us your final transcripts + degree certificate as soon as you get it. For ex, if you apply in April, you did not pass the High School Diploma exam yet, that takes place in June. Your application will be processed with the transcripts of the 1st semester. If you are admitted, you will give us your final documents, including the High School Diploma, in September when arriving on the campus.Few readers
  • What are the documents needed to apply?
    It depends on the programme, but generally we will ask: transcripts of your last years (at least all the years of the last degree you completed). your degree certificates CV cover letter recommandation letters English of French test (depending on your nationality, language of study and programme you are applying to) translation of the documents if they are not in French or in English 🚩please consult the exhaustive list of documents in the application file.Few readers
  • What are the steps to apply?
    Create an account on our platform ESACCESS, complete the forms, upload the required documents. Pay the application fees. Wait for the admissions team to answer to your application: it can be an admission, a refusal, or an invitation to an interview (depending on the programme and your file).   • What are the pre-requisites to apply ?

  • How much is the down payment?
    International students who have been admitted to one of our programmes are required to pay 50% of the first year's tuition fees to confirm their registration. Ingénieur programme: 3700€ Bachelor: 3700€ Licences pro: 2800€ International Masters: 2500€ These fees are refunded in case of visa refusal.   • I am an "Exchange student", how do I apply ?
    If you are an exchange student, or looking for an exchange programme, your university must nominate you first. They will send us your contact and you will then be able to send us some documents through our platform Olage. Once your file is received, the head of the programme will validate your profile, making sure you have the academic prerequisites.
