As an international student, can I apply for an "apprenticeship" programme?

The "apprenticeship" or "alternance" is a unique modality, consisting on studying part-time and working the rest of the time according to a contract signed between the University and the company.

International students are not allowed to apply for this modality the first year in France, respecting the French legislation.

The only exception is for students entering Master programmes.

If you already have lived in France for at least a year, you can apply as any other student.
