Can I apply if I still did not graduate?

Yes. You will need to give us your final transcripts + degree certificate as soon as you get it.

For ex, if you apply in April, you did not pass the High School Diploma exam yet, that takes place in June. Your application will be processed with the transcripts of the 1st semester. If you are admitted, you will give us your final documents, including the High School Diploma, in September when arriving on the campus.
