Wherever you are, to confirm the equivalence of your degrees/diplomas between France and your country, you can apply for academic recognition through ENIC NARIC.

I'm a student with a disability. What accommodations are available?

ESA supports your international mobility with internal and external accommodations to suit your disability. ESA can put several things in place to make your learning easier. ESA Angers and Paris have signed the Charter for welcoming disabled students, established by the Region Pays de la Loire and Agefiph, an association for disability and inclusion, which engages with higher education institutions in supporting students with special needs to reach their full potential.

If you are admitted to ESA Angers or Paris and you have a severe visual impairment, need a sign language interpreter, transcription assistance, examination arrangements or if premises need to be adapted, contact the Study Support Assistant and the International Relations Assistant once admitted at ESA.

If you do not obtain the necessary credits to validate your mobility, you will have to re-take the exams. For further information, please contact the administration. This contact will be sent to you when you register to retake your exams.

Only the short stays. All other accommodations are at your own expense. Yet, ESA and its partner universities do assist you in finding a housing.

There are 3 levels in the Higher education system in France:

1st level – ‘grade Licence’ – Bachelor’s level: 3 years of study
2nd level – ‘grade Master’ – Master’s level: 2 years of study
3rd level – ‘grade Doctorat’ – Phd level: 3 years of study
