# I got admitted to another shcool. Can I be refunded?

The European Rules allow you to resign and get refunded if you notify us within 15 days after you paid. In this case, you don't have to provide any justificative document.

If you passed this 15-day legal period, you won't get refunded with your downpayment.

The only exception is in case your visa application gets denied : in this case, ESA refunds you with 100% of the prepaid fees. We need the proof of refusal issue by the Consulate of France.
