Getting Around in Angers

IRIGO Angers is a network of tram and bus lines that operates in the city centre and its surroundings.

If you use public transport occasionally (at least three times a week), you can use the "1 Journey Ticket." It costs €1.40 and is valid for one hour or a card of 10 journeys at €12.60. Tickets are valid for both buses and trams.

However, if you use public transport regularly (to go to ESA every day), you should check the special rates for students and the monthly or annual subscriptions.

For all young people between 6 and 25 years old, IRIGO offers several special rates:

When you apply for your A'TOUT card, you must choose one of these rates. Once you have paid your bill, your A'TOUT card will serve as a ticket whenever you use public transport (IRIGO).

*Bicycle

The City of Angers lends a bicycle for free to adults. The borrower commits to using the bike only within the territory of the Angers Loire Métropole municipalities. The contract duration is a maximum of one year.
